Responsibility
- managing the receipts and invoicing for the commercial arm of the business
- posting receipts to the sales ledger and reconciling accounts
- raising sales ledger invoices
- ensuring their fee system reconciles to the general ledger
- working closely with the finance business partner to ensure costings for invoicing are all correct
- recording income accurately
- supporting the finance team at month and year end, to ensure all invoices are processed within specific timescales
- dealing with queries from both internal and external customers
