Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • conduct viewings, finalise terms, and complete contracts with tenants
  • oversee day to day operations and management of properties
  • ensure that all properties are maintained including overseeing any maintenance and repairs requirements with local contractors
  • ensure that all properties are in compliance with local laws and regulations
  • develop and implement property management policies and procedures
  • ensure 100% occupancy of all assigned properties. Work with University housing teams, student councils, websites like spare room etc. to identify potential tenants, and keep a constant pipeline of tenants
  • conduct regular property inspections
  • manage tenant relations, including responding to tenant inquiries and complaints. Also, solving issues in a swift and efficient manner - No matter the time of day

Requirements

  • driving License . Own car preferred
  • knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property management in Coventry and the surrounding areas, in particularly HMO regulations
  • ability to liaise and work effectively with contractors in case of troubleshooting situations
  • property lettings and management experience : 3 years
