Responsibility
- implementation of all global HR processes in our UK office
- implementation and execution of all HR functions including staff holidays and contracts of employment
- managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations
- managing the Office environment to ensure optimal work experience
- lead sourcing and recruitment activities in UK, including building a sourcing plan per role, building talent pipelines, interview coordination, and, culture fit interviews
- management of all employee lifecycle to optimize experience, starting from recruitment and onboarding, through engagement, retention and recognition activities, all the way to offboarding
- you will be the first point of contact for personal HR related issues or any office related issue such as Health & Safety
