Responsibility
- novate Solutions Limited are a UK nationwide property repair and damage mitigation company for both domestic and commercial properties
- we are flexible in our approach to ensure that we can meet your requirements on a claim by claim basis
- we are professional, agile and innovative
- assist the estimators/surveyors with their case load of live claims/projects including emails and call handling
- liaise with Insurers, Insurance Brokers, Adjusters, Clients and Contractors on a day to day basis about existing jobs
- work from a desk base and attending site visits occasionally
- writing estimates from a prepared survey , preparing schedule of works and liaising with contractors whilst carrying out repairs
- we are able to provide a complete mitigation and reinstatement solution or alternatively a segmented solution, when your clients only require a single or reduced selection of our services
Requirements
- due to substantial growth, we are now seeking an Assistant to work with the Estimators/Surveyors. This role is fluid and the successful candidate, if desired, could develop into an estimating/surveying role
- initially the role is to support the existing 3 estimators surveyors. This is an office based role, although joint visits to sites may be included within the role. The exact nature of the work will be explained more fully at interview
