- children Youth Support Worker- Residential Home Self Employed- We are not accepting anyone already on a Tier 2 Visa or a student due to 20 hours restriction
- sponsorship Tier 2 is available subject to completion and passing of a 6 months probationary period. Location: Prior to Sponsorship being offered
Requirements
- clean full enhanced DBS- Including Children Barred
- A NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care OR willingness to work towards after probabtion
- dedicated and committed to empowering young people to achieve their full potential
- compassionate and reflective
- have the ability to remain calm and professional when a young person is in a crisis
- able to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays
- sleep in duty to cover staff shortage
- due to the nature of this role, you must be 22+ to apply
