Requirements

  • A degree in pharmacy. Current registration as a Pharmacist with the GPhC is desirable
  • good understanding of the Home Office regulations for Controlled drugs
  • experience of Line Management
  • good communication skills
  • an awareness of Good Manufacturing Practice and MHRA guidance for Specials would be an advantage
  • experience of reviewing and approving formulations
  • ability to work effectively within a team
  • pharmacist: 3 years

Responsibility

  • working closely with production management to resolve issues
  • assisting with the investigation of Customer Complaints, Quality Incidents, deviations and OOS/OOT on QPulse. Review and approval of QPulse records
  • check CD orders for dispatch. Ensure Export certificates required for CDs have been applied for in good time when required
