Responsibility
- the advertised role is for a CLASS 2 HGV driver / Yard Person to drive a rigid HGV vehicle, and ensure the yard is serving, or ready to serve customers
- the roles' additional duties include but may not be limited to • Washing down of vehicles • General maintenance duties • Ensuring the yard is kept tidy • Offloading suppliers' deliveries • Driving Forklift and Loading vehicles • Collection of materials to and from supplier locations • completing relevant vehicle checks • Ensuring any material damages are reported to the merchant manager • Providing general assistance within the depot location as required
