- ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, risk assessments, and health and safety guidelines, conducting regular checks to maintain a safe and secure environment
- stay updated on best practices, research, and developments in the field of residential childcare, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to the residential care practitioners
- participate in the On-Call rota when required
