we are looking for a Workshop Manager to help run our bespoke kitchen and furniture workshop near Henley-on-Thames
the role would entail the constructing, assembling and supervising of a variety of projects – that could range from a simpler wardrobe to a more complex hotel kitchen or bar
you would be helping and leading a group of talented cabinet makers with a mix of experience. We are a relatively small operation with a positive ‘can-do’ atmosphere
the role may suit an existing workshop or an experienced cabinet maker who is looking to take that next step in terms of responsibility and wants to expand their skillset
