processing new bookings and welcoming their customers to the service
providing exceptional world class service throughout the whole journey
completing tasks such as in resort requests to the hotel or transfer, offering upgrades and/or add-ons
checking customers in for their flights
communicating with TC’s, Customers and suppliers over phone, email and other variables following the call framework
conduct administrative tasks such as updating workload spreadsheets and Vision
liaise with your colleagues and Managers across departments to ensure the service provided is exceptional
support the Concierge manager with any required tasks
Requirements
experience in a similar role and you have excellent customer service skills
demonstrable experience of what makes exceptional customer service; not just good customer service
experience of working within the Travel Industry
