- norwich based Shortis Group have a full time vacancy for a Building Maintenance Person to cover the group sites across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and North Essex
- as the Building Maintenance Person you will be required to maintain the group buildings to a standard by carrying out repairs in a clean and tidy manner and ensuring safety of the customers and occupants
Requirements
- an understanding of general building maintenance
- experience of brickwork and joinery
- plumbing knowledge
- basic electrics
- painting and decorating
- be reactive and proactive
- A good all round knowledge of Health & Safety and DIY
- able to work without supervision
