Requirements
- GCSE Maths & English
- digital qualification and/or equivalent proven professional experience
- working with, maintaining and populating a website
- social media management and content creation, for a commercial or voluntary business or organisation
- confident in maintaining and populating a CMS, such as Wordpress or SilverStripe
- success in developing relationships with partner businesses and external stakeholders
- excellent written, verbal skills, proofreading skills and an eye for detail
- experience of working to campaign budgets
Contract type
- digital Marketing Executive
- 12 month fixed-term
Responsibility
- completion of monthly stats for use in the BID KPI document compiled by the Office & Business Support Manager
- completion of stats for monthly board compiled by the Head of Marketing
- attend regular 1-2-1 meetings with your line manager and other formal appraisals as required
- supporting the Marketing Executive to manage paid-for listings and VisitNorwich investment partners
- participate in team meetings as required
- day-to-day maintenance of the VisitNorwich website, including updating content, and creating and populating seasonal campaign pages
- shared maintenance of Norwich BID website
- this role also has shared responsibility of the Norwich BID website , supporting the Marketing Manager in publishing and promoting content to our business audience
