Responsibility

  • support production of monthly management accounts to strict deadlines
  • undertake analytical review of monthly G&A costs explaining variances to budget/forecast
  • support quarterly forecast & annual budget for G&A costs
  • support control and reporting of A&P costs
  • completion of balance sheet reconciliations to strict deadlines
  • ensure that bank postings and follow up of reconciling items are cleared promptly
  • ensure that invoices paid by direct debit are processed and recorded as paid timely and accurately
  • build strong, effective relationships with all stakeholders

  • team player with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
