  • organise relevant safety checks for all properties as required by prevailing legislation ensuring that any remedial work is carried out within set guidelines
  • sending vacation letters and booking in checkout and new inventory appointments following notices being served or tenants giving notice
  • deal with all incoming and outgoing invoices; ensuring landlords are notified prior to deducting the invoice amount from their monthly rental income
