carryout property inspections, this will require you attending our properties in person
organise relevant safety checks for all properties as required by prevailing legislation ensuring that any remedial work is carried out within set guidelines
sending vacation letters and booking in checkout and new inventory appointments following notices being served or tenants giving notice
deal with all incoming and outgoing invoices; ensuring landlords are notified prior to deducting the invoice amount from their monthly rental income
