- to lead the technical guidance of all cleaning activities
- fully competent in set up, adjustment and running of all cleaning equipment
- own production line change overs – ensure times are in line with plan and improve
- own Allergen release results – RFT ethos
- develop and manage team – training, succession planning, performance, cover, attendance
- fully competent to train and verify competency on all CIC processes
- trained and competent in performing and ensuring completion of GMP audits in any areas
- monitoring the hygiene process and carrying out basic testing and quality checks i.e. ensure no failed swaps
