the guest services manager will be expected to oversee all guest services activities on a daily basis
management of the guests booking experience, supporting and heightening guests experiences during their stays, and after stay management of the properties and the guests
to fulfil the role the candidate must have absolute commitment to provide the highest quality of service to the guests, the brand and the team around them
they will be instrumental in achieving the businesses objectives, and being the main point of contact for all guests, they will become the face of the brand and therefore you must be an inspirational leader and mentor
A true passion for service excellence, enjoying operating within a professional environment, with a hand on approach and an outstanding personality is an absolute must for this role
managing and driving all aspects of the luxury holiday stay portfolio to continued success via being a team player, an effective leader to provide dedicated customer service, and heightening the brands fantastic reputation
the duties shall include, day to day operations such as arranging laundry and cleaning, team mentoring, portfolio responsibilities, maintenance management, booking operations and customer interactions, social media interactions, and reporting within the team, monitoring and action guest feedback, budget management and addressing problems professionally and urgently, whilst being complicit in supporting the team with revenue and sales to maximise opportunities and sales activities, the role is one diverse, exciting and rewarding
