Responsibility
- assist the C&O Manager with implementation of Global and National Strategies & plans Manage the Compliance Team daily operational tasks

- plan activities across multiple operating units to assure adherence to Northrop Grumman policy, legal and ISO requirements
- manage the 3yr Audit Schedule covering internal, Corporate & External Audits
- manage the Corrective action data base to address any NCR’s, Improvement Opportunities, Observations
- support compliance and audit information requests from the wider business
- create Road maps for new standards, developing training and communication plans

Requirements
- have an understanding of ISO standards on the market aligned to business requirements
- work collaboratively with Mission Assurance functions across the business to ensure holistic governance efficiency
- develop and build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- support the C&O Manager with specific data linked to financial planning and cost control
- support Risk Management Board as required
