Responsibility
- perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards and guidelines
- clean and sanitize common areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and shared living spaces
- vacuum, mop, and sweep floors, ensuring all surfaces are free of dust and debris
- empty trash containers and replace liners
- report any maintenance issues or damages to the Property Manager
- maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition
- follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
