Requirements
you are a professional sales person with relevant industry related experience in the waterproofing and construction markets
you are used to dealing with commercial and technical based enquiries in an external home-based role
you are preferably educated to degree level including but not limited to either Business, Materials Engineering or Civil Engineering

Responsibility
this role covers London and South East England and supports activity throughout the Southern Region. It is home based reporting via the MBS Rochester office
you will deliver profitable sales growth of watertight concrete and associated ancillary products to achieve sales targets in line with the action plan
you will be responsible for generating and managing a project bank on a continuous and prioritised basis within the CRM system and action project lead information with team members to maximise sales potential through cross selling where appropriate
you will identify and develop relationships with key end users, customers, specifiers and stakeholders within the sales funnel to provide added value services and product specifications
you will initiate and develop specialist concrete frame contractor and groundworker relationships to deliver direct sales and ensure that reciprocal business is obtained
you will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the relevant Area Sales Managers and Technical Department to ensure company objectives are met
