  • \*Leak tracing and identification is a huge part of what we do
  • \*Small electrical works - replacing sockets, light fittings etc
  • \*Changing, replacing and maintaining locks and latches
  • \*UPVC window repairs, adjustments and maintenance
  • \*Silicone work to seal baths, sinks, basins, shower trays etc
  • \*Replacing smoke alarms, light bulbs and other small maintenance tasks
