Responsibility
- compliance checks such as references, right to work, driving checks, etc
- assisting the team by taking notes in Employee Relations meetings
- responsible for creating and maintaining job adverts on online platforms, at the request of General Managers
- processing starters and leavers in line with current procedure
- inputting and processing HR data onto our systems
- prepare and distribute essential colleague paperwork such as contract and offer letters, change to terms and conditions letters and salary review letters etc
- maintaining consistent HR records, ensuring accuracy of information in line with Data Protection requirements
- providing confidential advice and guidance on HR related issues, consistently delivering a high standard of customer service
