Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems and provide technical support to customers
- perform repairs and maintenance on crushing and screening equipment, including routine inspections, cleaning, and replacement of parts
- conduct equipment inspections and provide regular maintenance recommendations to customers
- communicate effectively with customers and provide detailed reports of all service work performed
- ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets company and industry safety regulations
- maintain accurate records of all service work performed, including labour and materials used
- provide training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of crushing and screening equipment
- participate in the development of new products and services to meet customer needs
Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
- strong mechanical and technical skills
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
