Responsibility

  • participate in the development of a strategic business plan to meet group business objectives
  • set up a robust and clear procurement process to be implemented across the business
  • support the financial management team, reporting directly to the Director
  • work closely with the team on business efficiencies and projects
  • lead the monthly reporting process, ensuring that information provided is accurate and delivered within agreed timescales
  • prepare annual budgets, balance sheet and bank reconciliations
  • post 6 weekly sales journals
  • process the payroll across all 6 venues – 5 being on monthly basis and 1 being weekly
