Responsibility

  • training Programme
  • the aim being that at the end of the programme you will be capable of undertaking a full management role
  • you will work alongside the management team and develop your skills throughout all areas of the hotel
  • northcote, a Stafford Collection hotel, is a 26 bedroom hotel with a Michelin star restaurant led by Lisa Goodwin-Allen, based in the picturesque Ribble Valley
  • your position at the end of the programme, should you pass all criteria, will progress to a Duty Management post
  • we have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and committed person to join our Management training programme as a Hotel Duty Manager
  • A full training programme will be included which will consist of working in the business and is designed to take you through all the competencies that have been identified as being essential, in the role of a manager
  • competencies are split into sections and will have either work based on the job training or specific qualification elements including WSET wine qualifications, personal license and all health and safety/first aid certifications
