Responsibility
- as a letting agent, we deal with renting out and managing of residential properties on behalf of their owners
- this could be houses, flats or sometimes individual rooms
- answer customer Telephone Calls and emails on a daily basis
- keeping up to date with latest legislation is an extremely important aspect of the job
- registering and qualifying applicants
- you will be required to liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to help run a small office
- conducting Property Viewings with applicants
- communication and general administration skills are essential
