Responsibility
- NWCare are recruiting a Registered Manager for their Ballykelly branch. The successful applicant will lead a team of community care workers providing the highest level of support and guidance to all staff
- to ensure all staff are motivated and directed in the performance of their duties
- to ensure all new starters receive effective induction in all areas of their job and legislative requirements
- to ensure all policies in relation to Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and Personnel practices are adhered to
- to ensure the company meets all Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority standards
- to identify any training and development needs for staff under their control and ensure these training needs are prioritised and programmed as appropriate
- development and management of policies and procedures in line with RQIA requirements and legislation
- to continuously review all costs to improve profitability of the company
