Responsibility
NWCare are recruiting a Registered Manager for their Ballykelly branch. The successful applicant will lead a team of community care workers providing the highest level of support and guidance to all staff
to ensure all staff are motivated and directed in the performance of their duties
to ensure all new starters receive effective induction in all areas of their job and legislative requirements
to ensure all policies in relation to Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and Personnel practices are adhered to
to ensure the company meets all Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority standards
to identify any training and development needs for staff under their control and ensure these training needs are prioritised and programmed as appropriate
development and management of policies and procedures in line with RQIA requirements and legislation
to continuously review all costs to improve profitability of the company
