management accountant
Working hours
- full-time | Contract
Responsibility
- leading on preparation of month end accounts
- compiling financial reports for business heads and investors
- monitoring cashflow
- ensuring day-to-day finance operations run smoothly, working with the Finance Assistant
- working closely with senior leaders - such as the CEO, VP Finance, Senior Finance Manager
- assisting with payroll, budgeting, and company filing and tax obligations
- ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
- helping to implement strong internal processes and controls to automate and improve the finance function and how the business operates across departments
Requirements
- ideally either CIMA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified. Other Accounting qualifications will be considered
- at least 2 years of experience working in a high-growth business, ideally within the Tech sector. Other sectors also considered
- the desire to be a part of a successful, growing organisation
- intellectual curiosity with a keen eye for detail and entrepreneurial
- experience working with Xero
