Responsibility
- identify new business opportunities for contracts, grants and income generation
- conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans
- lead negotiations, bids and tenders and close deals with commissioners

Requirements
- proven experience in business development, fundraising or sales role
- strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
- excellent communication skills across a variety if levels and audiences
- ability to analyse market trends and develop effective strategies and plans
- commitment to values of recovery and social inclusion in mental health
- ability to speak and write Welsh is a plus
