Requirements

  • this job could be ideal if you have previously held roles such as Accounts Assistant, Book keeper, accounts clerk
  • AAT Level 2 or equivalent experience, Maths GCSE C grade or better, ECDL
  • general admin: 2 years
  • sage 50: 2 years

Responsibility

  • prepare and reconcile financial statements showing business income and expenditure, assist with budgets
  • developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
  • submit tax forms such as VAT, CIS
  • helping external accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
