Responsibility
- responsible for health, safety and wellbeing of residents & staff; Setting highest standards of care in accordance with all legislation, guidance and company policies & procedures
- reporting to and responding to the Home Manager
- holding responsibility for the effective operation of the 2 Residential Units putting the residents at the very centre of all decisions
