  • minimum of 5 year’s experience in dementia care
  • effectively lead and motivate a care team
  • professionally take accountability for the care of our residents
  • committed to participating in continuing professional development and training
  • residential Dementia: 3 years
  • support Environment: 5 years

Contract type

  • £13.50 per hour
  • contracted to 38.5 hours per week
  • pension
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave
  • onsite parking

Responsibility

  • responsible for health, safety and wellbeing of residents & staff; Setting highest standards of care in accordance with all legislation, guidance and company policies & procedures
  • reporting to and responding to the Home Manager
  • holding responsibility for the effective operation of the 2 Residential Units putting the residents at the very centre of all decisions
