Responsibility

- (Job role primarily Ensure an effective relationship is maintained with Production
- includes, but is not Management and Group Leaders to take direction and
- proactively respond to Engineering issues raised through site performance monitoring systems to improve OEE and Plan attainment
- note: responsibilities may be added or varied to respond to the demands of the business
- to provide support in pre-production line checks to ensure
- utilise site maintenance systems , to improve engineering effectiveness
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years engineering experience in an automated
- works well independently under your own drive and as part of the wider team and well bonded engineering unit
- complete emergency maintenance tasks when equipment has unplanned failure
- ensure engineering compliance with relevant BS standards and European directive requirements. PUWER, UKCA etc
- ensure an environment and culture of safe working practices are understood and maintained, by personally demonstrating safe behaviour
- work closely with all functions to ensure a food safety & GMP is always maintained
- proactively manage the planned maintenance programme continually optimising and improving it
- support the manufacturing operation ensuring that the overall technical and operational expertise of the factory is enhanced
