Hello! The Senior Project Manager role at NRP would involve overseeing projects in the design and construction phase, with a focus on commercial office refurbishments/extensions, new build residential projects, and high-end residential refurbishments. The projects would have values ranging from £2m to £35m. The candidate would be responsible for project management, contract administration, and employer's agent roles, and would report to the Construction Director. They would also have leadership responsibilities, including training junior staff and becoming a key client point of contact. Additionally, they should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. However, I would like to know if there is any travel required for this role, or if it is primarily office-based?
