Responsibility
- monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively develop mitigation strategies
- conduct regular status meetings and provide timely project updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations
- ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- facilitate collaboration and coordination among cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and synergy between projects
- manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met
- establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
- evaluate project outcomes and performance against established metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- supporting and assisting with proposals through the various bid lifecycles
Requirements
- possess strong inter-personal skills supporting collaboration across the wider business
- self-motivated, holds high level of accountability for themselves
- sound judgement and analytical skills
- the candidate must hold a UK Passport or have the right to work in the UK
- an effective communicator, both verbally and written, who has exemplary collaborative and team behaviours
- this position requires the ability to obtain a UK security clearance
- this position is likely to require frequent travel in the UK and occasional travel to Globally
