  • take responsibility for account retention within the remit of the role
  • resolve problems efficiently with minimum impact on the customer
  • communicate effectively with customers and colleagues: gather, interpret and act on information
  • manage open contract opportunities and liaise with the sales team weekly
  • manage the contract renewal process

Requirements

  • customer focused
  • good written communication skills, including accuracy and attention to detail
  • previous experience in a customer service support environment
  • confident and professional yet pleasant telephone manner with a desire to speak to customers and drive new business
