Responsibility
- to ensure that all users of the Centre receive excellent customer service
- to deputise for the Licensee in her absence, ensuring strict compliance with all conditions of the Premises Licence
- working 4 out of 7 days in a week, 34 hours including breaks
- management of Volunteers, including compiling and updating the monthly rota, maintaining records and keeping the volunteer records up to date
- line management of Bar and Duty Manager teams, deputising for the House Manager in their absence
- to carry out regular fire safety checks and support the House Manager to deliver evacuation training sessions
- to assist the House Manager with administrative tasks as required
- to deliver fast, efficient ticket sales to all customers on the Box Office
