- work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- produce high-quality documentation and training material that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- write easy-to-understand user guides, online help and release notes
- create tutorials to help end-users use our software more effectively
- analyse existing and potential content, to continuously improve our knowledgebase and training archive
- create and maintain the information architecture
- reporting into our Product Knowledge Manager, you will also cover for them during holidays or any periods of absence
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- degree educated in a STEM field
- ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- proven working experience in technical writing
- proven root-cause analysis and troubleshooting within a software environment
- knowledge of manufacturing beneficial
- technical Writing: 1 year
- knowledge of markdown beneficial
