managing cleaning on shift, keeping the venue clean
working with the Event Manager to ensure events run smoothly

cashing up and sending cash reports at end of shift
sending a report to the GM at the end of events
dealing with incidents and writing incident reports
working with the GM to ensure the smooth operation of the venue
training staff
lifting stock, carrying stock
changing kegs, post mix
ensuring challenge 25 is followed correctly
closing the venue properly after an event is finished

Requirements

all experience considered but 1-2 years experience in a bar supervisor role is ideal
all experience considered but a few years experience in a bar supervisor role is ideal
first Aid , Counter Terror, Women's Safety Training will be provided if you do not already have
