Responsibility

  • to lead the continued development of the Nomad fundraising functions to ensure effective performance of the team
  • to write and oversee the writing of and the timely submission of high-quality applications
  • to work towards the development and implementation of a regular giving strategy, to maximise unrestricted income
  • to ensure effective working relations, integration and collaboration between fundraising and other Nomad projects and departments
  • to work with colleagues to ensure the organisation’s work is presented to funders appropriately
  • to work towards the creation and implementation of a legacy and “in memory” strategy, to maximise income
  • to work with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that the grant conditions of existing funders are met, as required
  • to oversee ongoing recruitment, engagement and development of high-profile supporters

Requirements

  • fundraising: 3 years
