we have a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Electrician who’s ready to take the step up to Facilities Manager to support our site in Darlington
you’ll be responsible for analysing major breakdowns by carrying out comprehensive root cause analysis and implementing solutions to prevent issues re-occurring, alongside acting as Principal Duty Holder and being responsible for the maintenance of the overall standard / quality of the electrical installation work across the site
you’ll be responsible for the development and execution of the UK Facilities Management Strategy for the UK Supply Chain, ensuring all Facilities related regulatory and legislative commitments are complied with across all the Darlington sites and best practice is applied across all sites within a matrix organisational structure
you’ll also support Site Management with control of the local Facilities Management budget and produce a periodic report to identify trends, presenting team briefing sessions and attend operational meetings to provide maintenance related data and co-ordinate and manage regular meetings with site management to ensure continuous improvement in facilities provision

we have a great opportunity for a Supply Chain Planner based in Darlington to work with the team to ensure we can deliver the best experience to our customers
you’ll have excellent communication skills to enable effective relationship building with other functions in both Nobia UK and the Customer portfolio
as a Supply Chain Planner, you’ll ensure capital projects are implemented to industry best practice and manage stock portfolio across multiple vendors in various countries and achieve A grade Vendor performance
you’ll be self-motivated and be able to prioritise and re-plan quickly and issue resolutions
you’ll review recommended purchase orders and prepare supply plans as appropriate, alongside chasing and amending purchase order books accordingly with order confirmations and delivery expectancy
being able to confidently communicate with number of stakeholders from all levels, will be a main part of your day to day and you’ll host monthly supply meetings, to identify, action and highlight potential supply risks

what you’ll be doing
you’ll be responsible supporting the Supply Chain Operations Finance team in preparation of weekly ‘flash’ forecasts of key P&L areas to support managers in taking timely action to address financial performance shortfalls
preparation of purchase orders
you’ll post monthly journals in multiple accounting systems an support the team in monthly production, logistics and support function meetings to ensure decision making has appropriate finance input and that the financial impacts of projects and operational changes are reflected in business financial forecasts on a timely basis
