  • would be responsible for managing relevant external suppliers such as accountants and financial/tax advisers
  • comprised of a management company, a regulated subsidiary and investment vehicles. Overtime the group will add more investment structures and subsidiaries as it expands
  • involvement in ensuring that regulated entities meet their obligations
