Responsibility
- NL Medical is an independent provider of GP, Dentistry and diagnostic services
- we are looking for a highly motivated UK experienced and HCPC registered Sonographer to join our developing clinical team
- this is an exciting time for NL Medical as you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our services to ensure a high class, safe and effective service
- to provide general abdominal, 3D baby and MSK ultrasound scanning services
- to independently perform ultrasound scanning and produce a clinical report for each ultrasound scan
- you will be working alongside a great team of professionals that are passionate about delivering an excellent patient experience and maintaining the highest standards at all times
- to contribute to the provision of the highest standards of sonography practice and patient care, in accordance with company policy, procedures and protocols
- to undertake any administrative duties that are pertinent to the role
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- relevant batchelors degree or higher
- post Graduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasound
- 2 years post qualification experience in an NHS or UK hospital setting
- registered with the HCPC
- to be able to work independently in all main areas of Ultrasound practice
- eligibility to reside and work in the UK
- ability to offer expert clinical opinion on a range of ultrasound procedures
- ability to organise and manage ultrasound lists and priorities
