Responsibility
- support the Brand and Flagship Manager in store initiatives to drive sales
- coach and lead the store team to deliver a flawless customer experience
- drive the team to exceed sales targets and KPI’s
- ensure store standards are maintained and floor layout meets brand guidelines
- deputise in the absence of the Brand Flagship Manager in all functions of their role
- encourage and coach team to become brand ambassadors
- ability to work as part of a team, under pressure, all with a can-do attitude
- ability to embrace a more relaxed environment, without relaxing the standards
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience of working in an Assistant Manager role within a retail environment
- customer focussed
- sales and target driven whilst not compromising on service
- commercial in your approach
- demonstrate a confident a clear communication style, able to adapt to your audience
