recruitment administrator
Working hours

Responsibility
- create recruitment campaigns which attract a diverse pool of candidates
- prepare and support hiring managers with interviewing from the creation of questions and assessments to improving interviewing skill
- on boarding of new starters
- maintain and update our HR system with new starters, leavers, amendments, and uploading documents such as employee contracts, payslips, etc
- assist with recruitment including tasks such as creating job specs, advertising jobs online, shortlisting candidates, initial contact with candidates to assess suitability, and arranging interviews for cleaning supervisors
- maintain and update our Time & Attendance system with new starters, leavers, creating new sites etc
- support hiring managers to define the roles they are hiring for, look at salary benchmarking and manage the creation of job descriptions and hiring team documents
- assist with the recruitment and onboarding process including tasks such as carrying out right to work checks, creating and issuing welcome letters, creating and issuing employee contracts, organising ID badges, etc
