this role is a hybrid role. We are looking for a delivery driver/handyman to join our business, supporting approximately 7 Nisa branded sites within our store network across Cambridgeshire
undertake general building maintenance & repairs throughout our buildings
maintaining kitchens, bathroom plumbing, sanitary ware & drainage
ensure orders are delivered accurately and in good condition
Requirements

ability to demonstrate good use of basic hand tools
previous delivery and customer service experience in any industry
have recognised C&G, NVQ qualifications

to prioritise compliance issues sufficiently to ensure essential Legal compliance and ensure all store follow company procedures
to identify business opportunities on potential new stores and existing store developments
analyse overall sales, audits, performance and customer service standards and performance and identify potential for improvement
responsible for the successful opening and operation of a new or re-furbished stores in the area
complete business reviews with the Store Managers in your area and assist them in identifying risk and potential within their business
to ensure your area of store are consistently performing in line with agreed KPI’s and responsibility for driving the area’s sales and overall profitability
