Responsibility
- take responsibility for opening & setting up the store
- oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- we are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team
- must be willing to cover shop hours if we have absences or sickness
- develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets
- going to the cash & carry to get stock for shop
- train and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and follow company policies and procedures
- manage all deliveries to the shop
Education
- master's
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- excellent market knowledge to identify trends and make informed business decisions
- effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- organizational skills to maintain a well-organized store layout and efficient workflow
- fast paced customer service experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
- knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation
- retail sales: 2 years
