• to help our young people achieve their health, well-being, and educational outcomes

• to support and equip our young people with essential life skills needed for independent living
• you will play an essential role in the lives of our young people and must be able to provide a safe, fun, nurturing and loving environment for our young people
• to work with our young people in the home, supporting their needs as outlined in their placement plan
• attend shifts as required by the staff rota and participate in the on-call and the sleep-in rota
• work in line with workplace policies and procedures
• attend and contribute to regular supervision meetings and complete actions from the annual appraisal
