  • our support workers are responsible for the delivery of programs which are tailored to meet the needs of our service users
  • to keenly participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans, and activities and provide appropriate support to individuals
  • support Individuals to attend meetings and reviews
  • support Individuals with budgeting
  • to support the Individuals to gain and develop independent skills
  • to have regard for the personal welfare and safety of the Individuals you are supporting
