- maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest bed models, features, and technology
- keep the showroom clean and organized, ensuring that all beds are displayed properly and the showroom is always presentable
- process sales transactions and handle customer payments
- follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase and address any issues that may arise
- participate in sales events and promotions to help drive sales
- previous sales experience is preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
