Responsibility
- administrate new enquiries across all recreational programmes
- administrate all new enquiries across all recreational programmes
- offering classes out to those on our waiting lists as well as answering general queries about our gymnastics recreational programmes
- communication with Members in person, over the phone and by email
- sending out information emails & answering phone calls, taking payments, assisting with equipment stock checks & general housekeeping duties
- assisting with stock checks / kit levels
- training will be given for all of our systems as well as for our programmes
- maintenance of Course Pro database
