  • administrate new enquiries across all recreational programmes
  • administrate all new enquiries across all recreational programmes
  • offering classes out to those on our waiting lists as well as answering general queries about our gymnastics recreational programmes
  • communication with Members in person, over the phone and by email
  • sending out information emails & answering phone calls, taking payments, assisting with equipment stock checks & general housekeeping duties
  • assisting with stock checks / kit levels
  • training will be given for all of our systems as well as for our programmes
  • maintenance of Course Pro database
