Responsibility

- offering classes out to those on our waiting lists as well as answering general queries about our gymnastics recreational programmes

- training will be given for all of our systems as well as for our programmes
- maintenance of Course Pro database
- you will be capable of operating in line with our standards and procedures while delivering a first class customer service experience
- maintaining and updating all member information
- ensure all Onboarding policies and procedures are adhered to in line with company policies and BG Guidelines

- reporting to the Operations Lead and working alongside the Rotherham Team you will be leading with the day to day customer service and administration for the club and will be a first point of contact for our members and general public enquiries including taking phone calls and greeting customers
