  • managing all aspects of a domiciliary care service
  • carrying out care plan assessments and reviews for customers
  • developing good relationships with outside agencies and professionals, along with regular liaison with clients, families and prospective employees

Requirements

  • demonstrate good knowledge of KLOEs and experience with CQC inspections
  • due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you hold a fully valid UK driver's license and have access to a vehicle
